All rates are quoted NETT IN U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Package prices are quoted on twin sharing basis.

In General, an English speaking guide will be provided for transfer and tours. Other language speaking guides are available on request.
PAYMENT

For those sending the remittance where the sender’s bank not having relation/not having direct channel transaction with Citibank, so compulsory fee to be added USD 25 for your correspondence inter banks administration fee where be informed that your correspondence bank always take fee from amount total remittance transaction made, so once total amount received by beneficiary which sent by the sender’s 1st original bank will less amount if not added USD 25.

Any short payment due to bank charges incurred, Universal Travel have the right to impose an additional charge on the next invoice amount.
NOTE: ALL BANK CHARGES THROUGH PAYMENT MADE BY BANK DRAFT / TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER WILL BE STRICTLY BORNE BY PAYER OTHERWISE AN ADDITIONAL USD 25/- SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL PAYMENT . FAILER OF THESE MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF ALL RESERVATION WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
CANCELLATION
In case of last minute cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged to any confirmed reservation according to the cost incured.
LIABILITIES
Universal Travel acts only in the capacity of an agent and, while exercising every possible care in making the tour arrangements will not hold any responsibility for injuries, damages, losses, accidental delays, additional cost and irregularities which may be caused whether by wilful or negligent acts on the part of companies or individuals, providing or engaged in transportation, accommodation and other services concerned with the tour, or through natural catastrophies, labour disputes, and other factor beyond the control of Universal Travel. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw tour arrangements if circumstances warrant it, or adjust the tour fare when necessary, according to the itinerary actually carried out.
